outobid.com is a free service operated by Ahmet Tepe.

1. The service

outobid shows a public list of websites, apps and social accounts, ordered by the unique visitors each listing sends, as described in how it works. Listing is free. We do not promise any visitors, clicks or position, and we may change, pause or end the service.

2. Your listing

You confirm that you own or are authorized to represent what you submit, and that the name, description and link are accurate and lawful. You allow us to show them, together with the publicly available icon or avatar, on outobid and in posts about the board. We review submissions and may reject, hide or remove any listing without giving reasons.

3. Fair play

Manipulating counts (bought traffic, bots, scripts, hidden redirects) is not allowed and leads to removal.

4. Advertising

outobid is financed by ads (Google AdSense). Ads are clearly marked and have no influence on rankings.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for the content of listed websites, apps or accounts. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body or health.

6. Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
